Who Receives Your Information

Information We Collect
Name, WhatsApp number, city, age, email address when provided, concerns, goals, comments, photographs, and consent records. Our team may also record professional observations, next steps, and the progress of your inquiry.
How We Use Your Information and Images
The information is used to assess your case, provide guidance regarding possible next steps, and contact you about the procedure. Submitting the form does not authorize Head Art to publish your photos on social media, galleries, advertisements, or other promotional materials. Any such use requires separate and specific authorization.
Storage and Access
Assessment photographs are stored privately and may only be accessed by authorized members of the Head Art team. The website uses hosting and storage services provided by Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. These service providers may process technical information necessary for the operation of the website.
How Long We Keep Your Information
Client information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to assess the case and continue providing service. Head Art periodically reviews stored records and removes information that is no longer necessary, subject to applicable retention requirements. Photographs from incomplete assessment forms are removed from temporary storage after 7 days.
Your Rights and Requests
You may request information about your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, withdrawal of authorization, or deletion of your information. To protect your privacy, Head Art may request confirmation of your identity before processing your request. Contact: headart.smp@gmail.com.
Use of WhatsApp
